We all know attitude matters, yet almost every company acts as if attitude doesn't really matter.
Think about it. When someone is hired for a job, what do they do first? They do intensive skills training.
Important, for sure - but what if they spent more time with attitude training?
Knowing the right skills doesn't mean I will do them in the right way and often enough.
One of the things I loved about my dad was the way he related to children. When we would meet new people, Dad always made it a big deal to talk to the kids.
One of the things he did was he would say, "I know your name - your name is George.
Do you work to make ends meet?
To pay the bills?
Because you have to?
Or
Do you work because you are on a mission?

Where you find hope. What you have learned.
You create identity.
When people identify with you - they will take action on
your suggestions.
