Have you ever heard the statement, “If I can do it, so can you”?
It gives you hope, doesn’t it? But it’s not the complete story.
It should say, “If I can do it, so can you, IF you do what I did.”

Commitment. Yep, that is the C word I am talking about.
“Most people who fail in their dreams fail not from a lack of ability but from lack of commitment.” Zig Ziglar
What dream do you really want to achieve?
Here is the good news – chances are really good you have the ability to make your dreams come true.
Ninety-five percent of the people who hear, understand, and agree with a principle do not have the ability to apply it to their lives because they do not have the necessary resources. Stanford Study
When it comes to goal setting and creating good habits, I constantly get these questions:
How do I start? What is the best FIRST thing I can do? How do I stay consistent? How do I stay disciplined? Goal setting seems hard, how can I make it easy?
Do you have high expectations that often end in disappointment?
High expectations for business success or career advancement?
High expectations for how well your children will do in school or in relationships?
High expectations for the goals you want to accomplish?
We are all familiar with the idea of lowering our expectations so that we are not disappointed.
We are going through the most important election in our lifetime.
I believe that for me, and for you, it will determine everything.
Your future
Your family
Your faith
Your opportunity
Your happiness
“The way you see life will largely determine what you get out of it.”
— Zig Ziglar
How do you see:
Yourself?
Your career or business?
Your family?
Your relationships?
Your faith?
Your finances?
"Motivation is the spark that lights the fire of knowledge and fuels the engine of accomplishment. It maximizes and maintains MOMENTUM." - Zig Ziglar
I love this!
Motivation Maximizes and Maintains Momentum.
Without momentum, good companies (and people) struggle and don't do as well as they should.
How do you get things done?
When are you most productive?
What things are you getting done?
If we want to move the needle in our life, we need to get the right things done, at the right time, in the right way.
Here is what it looks like for me.
Several years ago I was having a conversation with a good friend of mine, Don Sherman.
At that time, Don was in the FBI and he was on the SWAT team. I was asking him questions about what it was like. I made the comment: "I bet you guys spend a lot of time training to go fast.

Last week I had an incredible opportunity to lead a Goal Setting and Achievement Workshop for the members of Lifestyles Unlimited, which provides education and mentoring for real estate investors.
