How do you see:
Yourself? Your career or business? Your family? Your relationships? Your faith? Your finances?
What we are really talking about here is mindset.
The reality is, until we see things differently we are unlikely to get different results.
If you believe the library is a quiet, dark place for boring people, you will likely never gain anything from it, no matter how much time you spend there.
If you believe the library is the place where knowledge and wisdom are stored, ready for you to digest and learn from, then every trip will grow you as a person.
The only thing that changed in this example is mindset.
If you are not getting the results you want in a specific area, then ask yourself what is your mindset, what do you believe to be true, about that area.
Mindset is absolutely key. The way you see life really does determine what you get out of it.
