The Mental – as Dad used to say, we all need “a check-up from the neck up to get rid of stinkin’ thinkin’ and to prevent hardening of the attitudes.”

Make sure you are putting the good, the clean, the pure, the positive, and the powerful into your mind today.

The Spiritual – our faith, our character, and our gratitude buckets need to be filled every day. Life is tough, too tough to go it alone and without spiritual fuel.

The Physical – good health depends on enough sleep, the right diet, and exercise. Are you taking care of your physical health every day?

The Daily Three 10-minute challenge:

I encourage you to try this new habit. Each day take a 10-minute break and do the following:

Put your headphones on and listen to Zig Ziglar or another inspirational speaker while you are taking a brisk walk, and drink some pure water. Stretch a little bit as you walk. Swing your arms and feel the tension release from your body. The last two minutes of the 10-minute walk, turn off the sound and think of three things you are grateful for.

When you are done, write down how you feel – and send me a note. I want to know.
