Ms. Damian is a Zig Ziglar Legacy Certified Coach and Trainer. As a trainer, Ms. Damian is well respected for delighting her audiences with humor and presenting in a clear, easy-to-understand method.

Even with all of her business activities, Tami remains active in her community. She volunteers for several non-profit organizations.

Ms. Damian has earned a Masters of Arts degree in Management with an emphasis in Leadership from Doane College, Lincoln, NE, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Organizational Communications from Kearney State College, Kearney, NE.
