Paul got his copy of See You at the Top as a high school graduation gift from his pastor. He still has it. Outside of the Bible, it is the most transformational book he has ever read, and it is why he pursued Ziglar Legacy Certification: to teach this material with conviction instead of just repeating content.

For more than 35 years he has led teams, coached people, served customers, and taught adults. His signature keynote, The Success Formula, walks a room through the only three things you control 100% of the time. Your Attitude. Your Effort. Your Skill. He also speaks on identity, resilience, and purpose, and delivers Ziglar workshops on Building the Best You, Building Winning Relationships, and Goal Setting.

Faith is the foundation of everything Paul does. He has taught a weekly Sunday School class on Facebook Live since March of 2020, and you will still find him there most Sundays. Tom Ziglar describes his style as a blend of Zig Ziglar and Billy Graham.
