Our story

As a former member of the U.S. Coast Guard, Bruce Schultz learned that working in a team for a common goal is essential. Throughout his life, Mr. Schultz has continued to follow this principle. This passion has developed into a business that offers personal coaching and leadership training. Many people have benefited from his knowledge and skills as he continues to have a deep-seeded passion for helping and encouraging people to become the very best that they can be.

Community Matters

As a service disabled veteran, Mr. Schultz has a passion for giving back to the community in which he lives. Why is this important? Because we are better together. Whether he is volunteering at the VA Hospital or the Kidney Foundation, his classes on Living with Chronic Conditions have impacted many people allowing them to take charge of their health and make positive changes that allow them to manage their condition. This is extremely important as it allows the individual to take charge and understand that they have the ability to make changes that will greatly impact their quality of life.
