Bryan Flanagan | Ziglar Motivational Speaker
You’ve got a big responsibility when planning an event. In addition to trying to hire a speaker who will educate while entertaining the audience, you’ve got to worry about the logistics. With his innate talent for using humor to teach, Bryan Flanagan holds audiences spellbound one moment and has them holding their sides in uproarious laughter the next. His sessions are lively, fun, fast-paced and full of interaction. He has an intuitive sense for the needs of each of his audiences.
He doesn't mind telling you how he got that intuition. It's called interviews! He calls and/or meets with clients in advance of his engagements to discover their unique needs. He then customizes his training to ensure meeting success. Bryan sincerely cares about meeting the needs of those he has been called to help.
Bryan Flanagan provides an extremely valuable resource for excellent training. He can assist you in sales and communication skill-building with his various “behavioral style” training and coaching processes. This information can contribute to developing a healthy, productive, and positive culture.
There are several options in implementing these resources in your organization. Please call us to determine how Bryan can contribute to increasing productivity and harmony in your workplace.
Bryan says, "Meet people where they are and take them to places they’ve never been." By researching his audience he’s able to target his message and give the novice salesperson lift-off; re-energize the salesperson who’s lost his edge; and teach professionals that they don’t have to be professional salespeople, but they do have to be professionals who can sell!
How Zig Ziglar changed Bryan’s life and career
Bryan began his career as a delivery boy for the IBM Corporation in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. That led to a 14-year career with IBM as a salesman, a sales instructor at IBM’s national training center, and a "people manager." However, he struggled early in his career. The turning point was his reading Zig Ziglar’s See You At the Top. One sentence impacted his personal, his professional, and his family life. Quoting Dr. Joyce Brothers, Zig said, "You cannot consistently perform in a manner that is inconsistent with the way you see yourself." That changed Bryan’s life.
In 1984, he joined Zig's team in Dallas, Texas. He currently serves as Vice President of Sales and Training. Bryan has proven himself a top corporate trainer who has a special passion for salespeople. He places great emphasis on the importance of skills training and has developed, written and delivered material on presentation skills, leadership principles and sales training. In his capacity as Vice President of Sales and Training for Ziglar, Bryan became known as the consummate professional and as a loyal team player who is an encouragement to all. In his fast-paced and fun book Now Go Sell Somebody Something, Bryan addresses how to handle the emotional demands of selling. Bryan's recent book, "So, You're New to Sales," addresses the process of selling and how to follow a methodology for sales success. His CD programs include "The Selling Difference," "Bryan Flanagan on Sales and Motivation," and "So, You’re New to Sales."
