Yes, sensitive communication is important. However, it should not lessen our communication. Sometimes a little stoicism by the listener is appropriate. In fact, you do not even need to talk about national cultural differences in communication. I find plenty of cultural communication differences among family and close friends.

Dr. Colan needs to add that he was thankful - as I'm sure he was - that his dog did NOT exercise his collarless freedom, taking the advice he (Dr. Colan) is giving the readers. Otherwise, he'd have been chasing Sparky all over town! Maybe what Sparky actually did COULD be called being loyal to your team... :^)

Thank you Zig once again for all you do and to the crew that helps you put this wonderful piece of reading out for all of us FREE OF CHARGE...... I am glad to see that you offer workshops geared toward educators, I sure wish the teacher who first introduced Zig Ziglar to me with the I CAN book would have attended such a program. Never in a million years did I ever think I would be reading or subscibing to any thing Zig Ziglar had to offer because of the lack of enthusiasm and the dry manner in which my class and I were first introduced to you. I am pleased to say with age comes wisdom and I have aged gracefully and have learned that you are exciting and I Can do anything I put my mind to. With sincere thanks and gratidude . I hope to make it to the top and see you there someday.
