Kayla Mitchell, Accounting Manager
Joining Ziglar in 2002, and described by Ziglar CEO Tom Ziglar as “100% trustworthy,” Kayla is always on the lookout for Ziglar. Her skill and knowledge combined with her common sense way of looking at challenges makes her an invaluable part of the Executive Leadership Team. When talking about how The Ziglar Way has impacted Kayla’s life, she says, “I was brought up as a Christian to always work as if I am working for the Lord. That philosophy fits with the Ziglar organization.” She adds, “Though being the bean counter that I am it has taken me a while to understand the quote, ‘You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want.’ I think that I am beginning to understand what that really means.
