Katherine Lemons, Director of Planning
When fresh out of college, Katherine offered to “temporarily” help pack the kitchen at the office in preparation of relocation. Temporary turned into permanent and seven years later Katherine is an integral part of Ziglar. A progression of service in roles such as organizer, customer service and sales support, and human resources prepared Katherine well for her current role as Director of Planning. Nicknamed “Keeper” by Zig, Katherine “keeps” projects on task ensuring project success. On growing up The Ziglar Way, Katherine says, “One of my biggest joys as a child was spending time in Granddaddy’s office. The awe of walking into a huge building filled with people working towards spreading a philosophy established by my grandfather was exhilarating and filled me with pride. As an adult I continue to be filled with pride as I witness our team and our customers live Zig's philosophy. Implementing new programs and ideas, Katherine Lemons organizes and manages project planning for Ziglar. Her first priority: Make sure all new programs serve Ziglar customers in a way consistent with the Ziglar philosophy. Her second priority: Ensure programs make an impact on customers’ lives.
